Organizing has always been my personal passion since I was a teen. This resulted into following an apprenticeship in event management and fostering my drive to see people happy and excited. Growing up in a musician’s household has surely helped growing my sense for entertainment.
My business studies brought me to foreign cities, countries and continents where my thirst for intercultural collaboration grew. University and extracurricular jobs enabled a deep understanding of how to market successfully which got me ready for the real jobs out there.
From key account sales in electronics, to business management in audio, to retail marketing in tech, to category management in luxury – it was never just one task. At Philips, Gibson, Google and Montblanc, I formed the commercial generalist that I am today with a broad marketing and sales toolbox, an extensive network and an open mind for challenges to come.
Finding my WHY resulted into the imperative to find more individuals and teams that I can support. I want them to benefit from my HOW, which followed – ever since – four main forces: Passion. Authenticity. Creativity. Drive.
Great products, amazing ideas or the right cause are important for my intrinsic motivation.
Eventually, a passionable team is unstoppable.
My communication and way of working is honest and direct. For this, mutual respect and constructive reason come first and let me light up what is relevant to get things done.
Following unknown paths, trying out new ways, not settling with the status quo and bringing new ideas - that describes the way of how I use creativity in my work.
The drive of getting things done, finding a solution or enabling colleagues to do the same is what keeps engines running and forms my business mindset.
